This was a project in Scarborough, This property was a full house renovation with full project management by KCP.

We began with removing all the doors, floor coverings and any waste that was left in this property. We then went ahead and organised a full central heating system being installed and full electrics check. Once the heating system had been booked in we began to do the leg work for them completing some of the chases and we also removed the kitchen and bathroom and ordered new after organising with the client what kitchen and bathroom they wanted along with windows and doors replacements through out.

Moving on we started preparing all surfaces for plastering and began plastering but not plastering the surfaces the plumbers or windows fitters would need to disturb, after the plumbers had been in and fitted the central heating and performing their checks the windows and doors were fitted a few days later and the last few surfaces were them plastered.

We were then on to another job for a week giving the clients time to white wash all of the freshly plastered surfaces, on returning we then fitted the kitchen, bathroom and doors.

This job from initial starting with removing the floor coverings and such like through to completion was 10 weeks.
